Note on Py and dreams:

Hair Pirate
After decades of research, scientists have concluded that Py's thought processes and brain chemistry are much too logical and circuit-like to actually be able to conceive of or project dreams during his sleeping state.

During the half-hour to one hour period when most people engage REM sleep, (during which dreams usually arise), Py engages in a brain-renovation and restructuring process similar to a defrag and nightly cron execution.

Perhaps someday, science will discover more information regarding this process and how it works. Until then, we can only remain consistently curious.
